Does anyone have a contact number where someone actually answers? The ones on their website are always out of service.
Excellent service, very clean, pleasant atmosphere, live music, and on weekends there's a generous buffet bar that includes food and drinks for $150. Highly recommended.
Excellent service, everything was very clean and delicious. The buffet was very varied: seafood, barbecue (which was the best!), carnitas, pozole, desserts, etc. I can recommend it without hesitation. Live music, a show with dancers and singers. You can really tell they put a lot of effort into making you feel very welcome.
Excellent place, highly recommended. The food is delicious. They have a varied buffet, their barbecue is delicious, as are their seafood, and the desserts are even better. The service is incredible. Time flies by while you're there, listening to live music and their traditional dance show. Everything is great.
Excellent service from the moment you arrive. They offer coffee, hot or cold chocolate. The food is very tasty. However, you should arrive early to get everything. The only downside, but perhaps understandable, is that they charge a 10% service charge (tip) along with the bill.
Restaurant and bar. Choose from à la carte or buffet ($250 for adults). A variety of seafood dishes and desserts are available, and there's a quesadilla vendor. There's space for a musician or singer. Recommended for groups and weekends.
Very good service, except the buffet needs to be constantly restocked, as they run out of dishes and don't bring out more for a long time. The band Los Tropikosos plays extremely well and creates a great atmosphere.
We went to an event (awards ceremony) but you can see that at some point it had its glory and that very thing causes you to get stuck and be transported.
They just need to make sure the food is hot and well-presented. I ordered arrachera steak, and the piece was very small, served with French fries and vegetables, all cold, and not enjoyable that way. The service was very slow, even though the dish and serving time had been agreed upon beforehand. I expected them to be professional and efficient. Each package included a different dessert, but they messed up; they served everyone flan in the end.
